The Vision Behind Your Time

Hi, I’m Emily, the founder of Your Time, and I created this platform with one goal in mind—to help women reclaim their time and step into the best version of themselves.As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Neuro-linguistic Practitioner, I’m deeply passionate about empowering women through fitness, positive communication, and mindset coaching. I believe that feeling strong, confident, and energised starts from within, and I love guiding women on their journey to self-improvement—whether that’s through movement, nutrition, or simply helping them find the motivation to prioritise themselves again.

Beyond fitness, I’m a huge foodie that believes eating well should be vibrant, delicious, and nourishing. With my extensive knowledge of nutrition and love of food, I wanted to bring together the joy of flavourful meals with a balanced and healthy approach. My aim is to fuel your bodies with food that not only supports your goals but also tastes amazing, making it easy to succeed while truly enjoying every meal.As an experienced private personal assistant, I excel at helping busy individuals and households stay organised, efficient, and stress-free—whether it's managing schedules, handling daily admin, or creating seamless events and experiences.
